INEW PURPOSE BUILT NSW AMBULANCE STATION FOR Coffs Harbour

The NSW Government today announced that Coffs Harbour will get a new NSW Ambulance station with planning scheduled to begin shortly.
The new station is part of the NSW Government’s $122 million Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) program which represents the biggest regional and rural transformation of NSW Ambulance infrastructure in the organisation’s history.
To be designed with input from local NSW Ambulance staff, the purpose-built infrastructure will deliver a better working environment for paramedics that is tailored to the needs of local communities.
The RAIR program currently includes 20 locations across the state that will benefit from an upgraded, re-built or entirely new ambulance station. A new NSW Ambulance station has been completed at Wagga Wagga with stations under construction at Coolamon, Ardlethan and Harden.
