Rutherford - 63 Aberglassyn Road

Delivered under Stage 1 of the NSW Government's $232 million Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) program, the new Rtherford NSW Ambulance station officially opened in March 2021.

Designed with input from local paramedics, the station will enable NSW Ambulance to meet the mobile emergency care needs of Rutherford and surrounds for years to come.

The NSW Government is investing in purpose-built and modern NSW Ambulance stations to help support the clinical capability of our highly-trained paramedics.

The new Rutherford NSW Ambulance station includes:
 
  • Internal parking for up to seven emergency ambulance vehicles
  • Administration and office areas
  • Staff amenities
  • Logistics and storage areas
  • Internal wash bay
  • Staff parking
  • An advanced training complex.
