LAKE CATHIE

Residents of Lake Cathie and surrounds will benefit from a new ambulance station at Lake Cathie under Stage 2 of the NSW Government’s $232 million Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) program.

The new station at Lake Cathie will provide an enhanced working environment for local paramedics, tailored to the needs of regional and rural communities to enable paramedics to continue delivering the highest quality care.

The first station for the Lake Cathie community, the new station will feature internal parking for up to four emergency ambulance vehicles, relief accommodation for paramedics, an internal wash bay, administration and office areas, logistics and storage, and staff parking.
