Griffith - corner of Crossing and Wakaden Streets

Delivered under Stage 1 of the NSW Government's $232 million Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) program, the new Griffith NSW Ambulance station officially opened in February 2019.

Designed with input from local paramedics, the station will enable NSW Ambulance to meet the mobile emergency care needs of Griffith and surrounds for years to come.

The NSW Government is investing in purpose-built and modern NSW Ambulance stations to help support the clinical capability of our highly-trained paramedics.

The new Griffith NSW Ambulance station includes:
  • Parking bays for up to eight ambulance vehicles (7 plus maintenance bay)
  • Administration and office are
  • Staff amenities
  • Logistics and storage area
  • Training / meeting room
  • Fleet maintenance area
  • On site staff parking
  • An external wash bay.
